PicPick is a freeware screen capture utility. It is also an image editor, so you can edit the image after it has been captured.

Capture Region: Shift + PrtScn
Capture Active Window: Alt + PrtScn
Capture Window Control: Ctrl + PrtScn
Capture Fixed Region: Shift + Ctrl + PrtScn
